We're Hiring Experienced HVAC Service Technicians! (S1 or S2 License)

Fairfield County, CT

The Pay: $40-$60/hour base rate + real performance bonuses + $5,000 sign-on bonus (For licensed S1/S2 candidates)

• REQUIRED:
  
  Active CT HVAC License (S1 or S2 preferred).
• Experience:
  
  5+ years solid hands-on time in residential heat & cooling service.
• Must-Have Skill Sets:
  Strong diagnostics and the confidence to educate homeowners without selling them junk they don't need.
• Work Ethic:
  Takes pride in quality work, stays ethical, and is ready to stick with a shop that invests in your future.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems correctly.
• Deliver honest, solution-based recommendations — keep the customer happy, not the corporate bean counters.
• Make sure our clients' systems are running safely and efficiently.
• Represent Service Stars with integrity and pride — every call, every time.
