• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED)
• Preferred

  Danbury, New Milford, Brookfield, New Fairfield, Newtown, Sherman, Brewster, Pawling (Surrounding Areas)
• Mathematical
  
  Skills:
  
  Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred
  , and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
• Work Hours
  :
  Standard 8am to 5pm. There will be emergency jobs that might fall on weekends and nights.
• IICRC Certifications are highly desired, including Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) (preferred, but not required)
• Opportunities to advance into:

Cleaning & Restoration Technician Job Summary

Assist in gaining and retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services.

Cleaning & Restoration Technician Responsibilities

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers. Opportunities exist to earn Mold Mitigation;
  Fire & Water Damage Restoration certifications and experience quickly.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
