Our Field Service Technicians complete tasks including hanging hardware (repair and/or replacement) and mechanical/electrical issues with both fuel dispensers and point‑of‑sale equipment. You must be willing to learn about other systems within the properties to assist in general maintenance needs.

• Perform petroleum equipment and EV Charging service and installation calls in a professional, timely, and quality manner.
• Complete job paperwork for each service call at the time of service.
• Complete training courses in a timely manner to maintain current certifications and equipment knowledge.
• Act as a resource for customers; aid and product support to maintain long‑term relationships.
• Juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced ever‑changing work environment.
• Communicate skillfully and effectively in person or over the phone.
• Be a team player and complete all other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a petroleum service technician.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Positive Attitude.
• Attention to Detail.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience or schooling in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Trades.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in all varied weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel with the possibility of overnight jobs.
• Experience with Point‑of‑Sale installation and repair required.
• Experience working with Wayne or Gilbarco Dispensers is a plus.
• Experience working with Verifone is a plus.
• Experience in computer networking is a plus.
• Clean driving record and the ability to work safely required.
• Capable of lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Good driving record with no traffic violations required.
