• Valid Class A CDL, age 21+
• 6 months+ verifiable OTR/dry van experience
• Acceptable MVR (≤2 tickets in 12 months; max 1 preventable in 24 months)
• No SAP or failed drug tests
• Solid work history (≤4 jobs in 12 months; no safety-related terminations)
