Qualifications andExperience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (CCC-SLP or CFY considered)
- Prior experience working within a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Regularly monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes to support student achievement
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students from diverse backgrounds - Engage with teachers, staff, and parents to promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and school guidelines
