Opportunity Highlights:

• Immediate high-volume case load in a well-established practice
• $400K base salary plus $50K sign-on bonus
• Potential to earn $1M+ by Year 2 with a 30% uncapped production bonus
• No hospital call required
• Full-scope surgical practice including implants, wisdom teeth, and full-arch procedures
• Use advanced tech: CBCT, 3D printing, in-house lab, and facial scanning
• Partnership track available in 1 2 years

Qualifications:

• DDS/MD degree required
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
