Process Engineer II, Injection Molding

Apply basic knowledge of
** scientific molding principles
** to support stable, capable, and compliant processes Review product development requirements to assess
** manufacturing feasibility, cost, and schedule impacts
** Partner with
** Product Development, Quality, Operations, and Supplier teams
** to ensure manufacturing processes are compatible with product design requirements Ensure processes and procedures comply with
** Medtronic Quality System requirements and applicable regulatory standards*

Minimum Qualifications
** Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience OR Advanced Degree with 0 years of related work experience    
** Nice to Have:

Preferred Qualifications
** Experience with
** injection molding processes
** and manufacturing equipment Experience supporting
** process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
** in a regulated environment Familiarity with
** medical device manufacturing
** or other highly regulated industries Working knowledge of
** SPC, DOE, and process capability analysis
** Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
