Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineering Co-Op to join the OpEx Team in Danvers, MA. The role focuses on implementing lean practices and coaching teams to apply OpEx tools on the shop floor.
As a student on this program, you will gain hands-on experience with 5S, standard work, visual management, and cross-functional Kaizen events, while contributing to continuous improvement and culture change across sites.
