The Senior Financial Analyst will provide advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business planning and operational decision‑making. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive performance and outcomes.
The selected candidate will reside within commuting distance of our Danvers, MA headquarters and be expected to work in the office 1‑2 days a week.
Base pay range$95,000 – $115,000 per year
Other compensation: Performance bonus eligible
What you will be doing- Lead budget, forecast and long‑range planning activities at the company, business unit and product line levels. Perform in‑depth analysis of plan and forecast results and deliver variance explanations.
- Support CCC’s business units and operational leaders with financial matters. Conduct monthly meetings to discuss historical financial results and future performance.
- Work closely with the business to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations in support of Executive‑level and key business partner meetings.
- Develop and review key performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities, monitor strategic objectives.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of the budget and forecasting platform, business intelligence tools, and the Excel suite of reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts with analytics models and reporting processes to optimize resources, accelerate visibility to outcomes and insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
- 5‑7 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with superior attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and functions)
- Ability to extract data from financial systems into Excel or other analytical tools
- Experience with financial software (e.g., Planful) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Self‑starter who can prioritize and manage multiple projects, thriving in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment
