Finance Analyst

• Support the annual business plan and forecasting updates with business partners to achieve organizational objectives
• Conduct deep-dive revenue analyses into financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key revenue performance indicators (KPIs)
• Drive cross-functional alignment on finance processes and collaborate across teams to improve data quality
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for Finance leadership and other business partners

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, such as financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, including strong understanding of GAAP and financial modeling
• Expert proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from data

• SQL experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple deliverables and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at different management levels
• Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
