We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing salon operations efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Greet clients warmly as they arrive at the salon and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations through phone calls and in-person interactions.
• Provide information about services, products, and promotions to clients, effectively upselling where appropriate.
• Handle retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining knowledge of retail math for inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon and retail displays.
• Assist in supervising salon staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate services and manage client flow.

• Prior salon/spa experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and people skills
• Possess a yes-can-do, team friendly attitude and takes direction well
