• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients
• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments, including range of motion, strength, and functional mobility tests
• Implement treatment interventions, such as exercise programs, therapeutic activities, and modalities, under the supervision of a physical therapist
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
