Job TypeFull‑time, Non‑Exempt, guaranteed 40‑hour work week (Monday to Friday, 8:15 am – 4:45 pm).
Benefits- No experience? We provide RBT training, full pay while you learn, and cover all costs for the RBT exam.

- Individuals studying or holding degrees in psychology, social services, early education, or related behavior sciences.
- Those with experience as daycare, preschool workers, paraprofessionals, DSPs, nannies, babysitters, or any childcare provider.
- Recruiter will schedule a 30‑minute virtual interview; then an onsite interview with staff and a shadowing session.кі
- Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
- Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
- Collect and record data, write therapy notes for each session.
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress (under BCBA guidance).
- Assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
- Maintain and acquire functional and technical knowledge through required trainings.
- Follow BACB guidelines.
- Work towards becoming a Registered Behavior Technician if not already certified.
- Foster a positive working environment.
- Must be able to lift and carry clients who are at least 30 pounds.
- Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the behavior support plan.
- Must assume and maintain a variety of postures including kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending for extended periods.
- Must walk and run to chase clients, maintaining a three‑foot distance.
- Must attend basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing.
- Must have manual dexterity for data collection and session documentation.
- Must have visual acuity to read written communication on devices and paper.
- Must maintain prolonged periods working on a computer.
- Must assemble, clean, and maintain therapy space.
- Must administer medication to clients.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Detail oriented.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet علی team and client needs.
- Professional integrity.
- Experience working with children ages 2‑12 in a classroom, day care, 1:1 setting, or instructional childcare setting.
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
Pay range: $19–$25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
