Position Overview

Sales Manager with a military background and a
proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing sales teams
. This role is ideal for a disciplined leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, executes with precision, and leads from the front.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and developing sales professionals, implementing structured sales processes, and creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, build, and develop a high-performing sales team through hands‑on coaching, mentorship, and performance management
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives
  • Execute and refine sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct regular ride‑alongs, performance reviews, and training sessions
  • Instill discipline, accountability, and operational excellence within the sales organization
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Uphold company values and represent Super Service Titan with professionalism and integrity
Required Qualifications
  • Military background (officer or senior enlisted leadership experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and developing successful sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability to coach individuals to higher levels of performance
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, inspire, and hold teams accountable
  • Experience managing performance metrics, forecasts, and sales pipelines
  • Excellent communication, organization, and decision‑making skills
  • High level of discipline, integrity, and mission‑focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in home services, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or a related industry
