Northeast Arc in Beverly, MA is seeking an Assistant Program Director for a full-time residential home.
Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pay Rate: $24.50 to $25.00 per hour with MAPs. You will lead staff, ensure quality supports, and support individuals in their homes and communities.
The role requires a HS diploma or GED (Assoc/Bachelor’s preferred), strong communication, computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Experience in direct support is highly valued.
