• Experience with extrusion processing, tooling, and equipment, basic math skills, and ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting extrusion machinery.
• Experience with thermoplastic resins and compounds.

• Provides technical support to engineers for continuous improvements in extrusion process by understanding and evaluating the extrusion process on the production floor.
• Provide process troubleshooting support to extrusion operators to achieve improvements in cycle-time, yield, cost, quality, safety.
• Operate extruder and other extrusion related line equipment, execute on validation runs and report data in prescribed format.

As the Technician III, you will:

• Provides technical support to engineers for continuous improvements in extrusion process by understanding and evaluating the extrusion process on the production floor.
• Provide process troubleshooting support to extrusion operators to achieve improvements in cycle-time, yield, cost, quality, safety.
• Operate extruder and other extrusion related line equipment, execute on validation runs and report data in prescribed format.
• Train new operators on extrusion lines in production.
• Work in compliance of production/operations procedures and processes.
• Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Work from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
