Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager will lead and execute all paid and organic marketing initiatives to generate high-quality inbound leads. This role requires a balance between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution — from optimizing PPC campaigns to improving SEO ranking and coordinating content across social platforms.
This is a high‑energy position designed for a fast learner who loves data, hates excuses, and takes pride in seeing measurable results.
Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising (PPC / SEM)- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and You Tube campaigns for maximum ROI. We have all tracking in place so you get to focus on delivering results.
- Continuously test ad copy, creatives, keywords, and landing pages.
- Manage relationships with marketing partners or agencies (if applicable).
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve local and organic rankings.
- Review website content, meta tags, landing pages, and service area pages.
- Conduct keyword research and track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Ensure consistent local citations, reviews, and NAP listings.
- Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, and video campaigns that align with our brand story.
- Coordinate photography, video shoots, and community campaigns that highlight our people and our mission.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, signage, and event assets.
- Track KPIs including lead flow, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards. (We have most built)
- Use insights to drive continuous improvement and campaign adjustments.
- Work closely with the call center, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing leads translate into booked jobs.
- Support recruitment marketing for new technicians and staff.
- Participate in leadership meetings to align marketing goals with business growth targets.
- 5 years (minimum) of experience in marketing, ideally in home services or local lead‑gen environments (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Excellent copywriting and analytical skills.
- Hands‑on, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
- Strong team player with leadership skills.
