Weekend Nursing Supervisor, RN or LPN HOUR SHIFTS

Saturday & Sunday schedule - 12‑hour shift; 7AM-7PM! Every other weekend. $7,500 Sign On Bonus!

Seacoast Rehab & Nursing Center has an Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor opening! The candidate needs to be either a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing. The right candidate will supervise our nursing staff on our short‑term and long‑term care units. Located in Gloucester, we are a short and easy commute away from Salem, Peabody, Lynn, Essex and Danvers!

• Must possess valid, unencumbered LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long‑term care.
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges.
• Supervise nurses and CNAs.
• Manage staffing changes.
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors.
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions.
• Ensure high quality resident/patient care.
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed.
