Per Diem Registered Nurse – Operating Room

MGB Danvers Outpatient Surgery Center is seeking a Per Diem RN for our busy 8‑Operating Room outpatient surgery center, scheduled Monday through Friday. This role will support staffing flexibility, case volume, and continued high‑quality perioperative care across multiple service lines.

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Education – Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
Experience – 0‑1 year of clinical nursing experience required.
Licenses – Registered Nurse (state license).
Skills – Familiarity with nursing principles, knowledge of medical terminology, ability to screen and triage acute patients, strong verbal and communication skills.

Pay: $41.72–$105.65 per hour.
