We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel
- Assist with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
