Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care RN (Home Health). Coverage needs in the Danvers, Peabody, N. Reading, N. Andover, MA areas. Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Occaisional weekend rotation
Highly competitive pay rates + IRS mileage reimbursement
Contract Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.
