• Commission‑Based – Weekly draw against commission (potential of making $200k+/yr.)

• Successfully run camera’s down drains and main lines.
• Follow step‑by‑step process Nexstar training provided by the company.
• Provide professional quality options for repair and replacement of plumbing.
• Within 24 hours completing the job, following up with the customer to ask, “how it’s going?” and making sure the customer is satisfied with the outcome.

• Conversion goal of 50%.
• Job costing (building an estimate).
• 20% gross margin.
• Providing 5‑star customer service.

• Plumber experience/knowledge is a must!
• Licensed plumber is a plus!
• Detail oriented.
