Part-time | Saturdays and Sundays | $18/hour base pay plus commissions | One opening

Make The Picklr part of your weekend. We're hiring a front desk team member to welcome players, introduce guests to the club, and help busy weekends run smoothly at our indoor pickleball club.

• Base pay of $18/hour, plus uncapped commissions on memberships and merchandise under the club commission plan. Total earnings can reach $25/hour including commissions, depending on sales performance.
• $100 club credit toward a new paddle after 90 days of employment.

• Welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, and answer questions.
• Give club tours, explain memberships, and help guests choose the right option.
• Support membership, pro shop, and event sales; process payments accurately.
• Help with court reservations and registration for leagues, lessons, clinics, and tournaments.
• Restock merchandise and keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.

Part-time, onsite, with regular availability required on both Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend shifts vary with club needs; specific hours will be discussed during the interview.

We're looking for a dependable, friendly self-starter who is proactive on the job, solves problems, and shows an eagerness to learn and contribute. You should be comfortable starting conversations and working toward sales goals. High school diploma or GED required. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful; prior experience is not required.
