Security Officer – Full Time and Part Time Second Shift (Danvers, MA) – $19.00/hr

Shift

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, Saturday & Sunday (example shift: 3:00 pm–11:00 pm). This role requires overnight experience.

• Patrol and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities, including suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as needed.
• Operate mobile units to monitor exterior premises.
• Conduct foot patrols of the premises, including unarmed interior/exterior patrols.
• Write detailed daily reports of incidents that occurred on the premises.
• Maintain proper use, completion, and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties.
• Respond to incidents involving security and safety concerns.
• Maintain patrol vehicle, including routine or corrective maintenance, vacuuming, and car wash.
• Respond to assistance requests and evaluate appropriate actions.
• Comply with all requirements/directives in the on‑site operations manual/post orders.
• Assume other duties as required by the client or Northeast Security Inc.

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous customer service or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance.

• Clear and effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must successfully pass all pre‑employment background and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
