We are hiring an HVAC Service Technician for 2nd Shift. This position will provide service & maintenance on a variety of residential equipment including propane, natural gas, and oil, and requires technicians to have Oil and Gas licenses and EPA Universal Certification. Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Work Hours: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm / 2nd Shift

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $38.00 to $50.00+ per hour, based on experience and capabilities

• Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
• Operate propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Consult and educate homeowners on systems and products
• Contact tech support with diagnostic questions
• Daily use of tablet

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• MA Gas license
• MA Oil license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience consulting customers with repair and replace decisions
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate from an HVAC technical school desired
