• Hourly Pay: $35-$45 (DOE)

• Complete our 6-step customer Service System
• Troubleshoot and diagnose - “What is the problem?”
• Clear the drain utilizing a snake machine / drain jetter
• General drain clearing and repairing
• Communicate and educate the customer about the issue

• Complete 4 calls a day
• Maintain a 90% conversion rate goal
• Meet the company’s daily revenue target
• Overall performance

• 3+ years of experience
• Plumbing experience is a plus
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
• Customer service skills
• Communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to problem solve
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
