2 Shifts Available
  • Hourly Pay: $30-$38 + weekly bonuses (DOE) - (Monday-Friday).
  • Hourly Pay: $32-$40 + weekly bonuses (DOE) - (Tuesday-Saturday).

What Must Be Completed
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose- “What is the problem?” (Furnaces, A.C.’s, and Boilers)
  • Provide a thorough review of the HVAC system with the customer, making sure to explain proper operation and any additional service that may be needed.
  • Test pipe, tubing joints & connections for leaks, using pressure gauge, leak detection additives or soap-and-water solution.
  • Test electrical circuits & components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
  • Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions.
How Will Success Be Measured
  • Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
  • Efficiency (Time total per day- 15%+ sold hrs./time).
  • Maintain a 45%+ conversion rate goal.
  • Overall performance.
Requirements
  • HVAC experience- 3+ years required.
  • EPA Certification required (universal preferred).
  • Basic electrical knowledge (low voltage)
  • Ability to pass criminal background checks, driving record check, and drug screen.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently to complete tasks.
  • Expect to bring your own hand tools or tools that hang on belt.
