- Hourly Pay: $35-$45 (DOE)

What must be accomplished:
- Complete our 6-step customer Service System.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose- “What is the problem?”
- Clear the drain utilizing a snake machine/drain jetter.
- General drain clearing and repairing.
- Communicate and educate the customer about the issue.
How success will be measured:
- Complete 4 calls a day.
- Maintain a 90% conversion rate goal.
- Meet the company’s daily revenue target.
- Overall performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience.
- Plumbing experience is a plus!
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus!
- Customer service skills.
- Communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to problem solve.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
