• Full‑time schedules: 2 shifts available – Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm and Tuesday – Saturday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (the latter pays more hourly).
• Potential for overtime.
• Hourly wage: $35 – $45, DOE – weekly pay.

• Engage with and actively listen to customers.
• Run new electrical feed (mainly low‑voltage).
• Perform panel upgrades (service upgrades).
• Have Generac experience/knowledge – a plus.
• Conduct site visits.
• Maintain an accurate complete stock list.

• 100% completion of the electrical install checklist.
• No callbacks.
• Gain additional certifications and/or skills (e.g., Generac).
• Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
• Continuous growth of technical skills.

• Massachusetts Journeyman license (required).
• Pass criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Prior work experience with snake wires, etc.
• Generac certification preferred.
• HVAC controls experience.
• Controls, relays, and zone binding.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
