We are currently looking for a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team!
- $18-$23 hr. (DOE)-weekly pay!
- Schedule:

- You will provide each customer a Five Star experience as you deliver service & repair of home comfort systems.
- Communicates to homeowners what services are needed and why, prior to starting work.
- Able to ask insightful questions and listen to the homeowners needs and concerns and address their comfort issues.
- You will exercise your critical thinking and technical skills and use your decision-making power to develop a range of high-quality solutions for the homeowners.
- Exhibits a safety-first approach during all work activities, including while driving.
- Be willing to work as a team with other HVAC Technicians and learn from their expertise.
- Able to keep detailed notes and invoices.
- Previous experience required
- Maintain a 26% conversion rate goal.
- 15%+ efficient total sold hours.
- Overall performance.
- Be a graduate of a licensed HVAC training school.
- The technician must be able to run their own calls.
- EPA Certification is required.
- Basic electrical knowledge (low voltage).
- Basic knowledge A.C. and furnace components.
- 1+ yrs. of installation experience is ideal.
- Understand basic tools and identify parts.
- Detail oriented, great detailed notes and communication skills.
- Work to continuously grow your technical skills.
- Tablet proficiency.
