Position: Tire Technician

Location: 535 San Ramon Valley Blvd, Danville, CA 94526

Estimated Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 / hour

Effective Rate Breakdown:

• Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $28.00 based on experience
• Incentives:
  
  $1.00 - $2.00 per hour on average, based on productivity

Additional Earning Opportunities:

• Overtime

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic preventive maintenance as part of a team
• Repair tires, perform tire rotations
• Mount, dismount, and balance tires
• Perform oil changes and install filters

Qualifications and Qualities:

• Willingness to learn preventive maintenance basics
• Current college/trade school students and graduates encouraged to apply
• Motivated and eager individuals seeking opportunities in an essential industry
• Transferable skills or relevant experience (e.g., food industry, manufacturing)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
• Effective communication skills with team members
• Detail-oriented with a desire to learn and grow
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs., and perform crouching, bending, and turning tasks
