• Earn up to $20 base per hour PLUS commission of up to $30 per membership sold.

• Meet and exceed membership, gift card, and other sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Book appointments, greet guests and balance the daily schedule
• Keep the rooms and common areas looking great — clean, professional, and comfortable
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude
• Highly professional in appearance and attitude
• Strong team player able to also work independently
• Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years old or older
• Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts
