General Dental office is seeking motivated and experienced Treatment Coordinator and Dental Assistant.
Treatment CoordinatorThe Treatment Coordinator needs to have knowledge of all facets of dentistry. 2+ years of experience needed. The ability to start cases the same day and a high acceptance rate is required. Must be proficient in treatment coordination and working with the Doctor to present and close cases. Must be friendly, highly self‑motivated, reliable, trustworthy to patients, dental team, and doctors.
Excellent communication skills, customer service and organizational skills.
- Minimum 2+ years of dental office treatment coordination experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Standards.
- Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology.
- Able to present and close financial arrangements using 3rd party financing.
- Hands‑on experience with basic computer software (Excel, Word, Google Drive, etc.).
- Knowledge in finance and principles of business preferred.
- Computer literate / Dentrix software programs.
- Encouraging all Bilingual in English & Spanish to apply.
Registered Dental Assistant or Dental Assistant:
As a Dental Assistant, you will provide professional dental care that makes patients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is state‑licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and has at least two years of experience. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable.
- Answer common dental questions from patients.
- Take vital signs and accurately record medical history.
- Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures.
- Assist dentist during procedures and exams.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies.
- Current CA Registered Dental Assistant.
- Previous experience as a dental assistant.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to provide high‑quality patient care.
- Reliable transportation.
