Family Medicine (Outpatient)
Start date: 60-90 Days
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5pm
Call:
Rotating call every 4-5 weeks for 1 full week at a time
Job Description: Typical outpatient Primary Care services
Patient Population: All Ages
PPD: 18-21 PPD
EMR:
Epic
Requirements:
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
Support: Full office staff and APP's
On site resources:
- Lab Services
- Imaging Department
- Pharmacy adjacent to building
