• Build talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• When applicable, arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
• Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Meet and/or exceed Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals.

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
• Professional communication and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience.
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.

• Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

• Monthly or quarterly travel required.
