Manufacturing / Warehouse Operator Nexus Employment is currently hiring Manufacturing/Warehouse Operators for a manufacturing facility located in Danville, IL.We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.

Shift & Pay1st

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM — $15.00/hour2nd

Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM — $15.75/hour3rd

Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM — $15.75/hour

Job Summary As a Manufacturing/Warehouse Operator, you will perform general warehouse and production duties, including assembling, loading, unloading, and inspecting automotive components. Successful candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting production and quality standards.

Responsibilities Perform general warehouse and manufacturing duties.

Assemble automotive parts and components.

Inspect automotive parts for quality and defects.

Load and unload automotive components on production lines.

Follow production, safety, and quality procedures.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Follow all work instructions and company procedures.

Work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to meet production and quality standards.

Must be able to successfully complete required pre-employment requirements.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks.

Ability to lift 35–50 lbs.

Ability to load, unload, inspect, and handle automotive components.
