RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility
In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality care during your shift, support nursing staff, and serve as a key resource for residents, families, and clinical teams.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts
Ensure that resident care is delivered in accordance with care plans and facility policies - Respond to emergencies and act as the primary clinical decision-maker during shift
- Monitor staff performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and care needs
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care, incidents, and resident status changes
- Report concerns or issues to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing
- Active RN license
