Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join a large healthcare organization in Danville, IL. The position is 100% outpatient. Requirements include a minimum of six months to one year of family nurse practitioner experience, a current Illinois license, and a DEA license. Flexible work schedule: choice of four 10‑hour days or five 8‑hour days per week. Salary is competitive with a complete fringe benefits package including student loan repayment.
LocationDanville, Illinois – approximately 1.5 hours to Chicago and 1 hour to Indianapolis. A charming town with a population of over 29,000, offering small‑town charm with convenient access to city life, Fortune 500 companies, a major medical complex, an arts center, museums, parks, and trails.
Practice OpportunityLocated at a well‑established Community Health Organization, the FNP will work at the Health Care Center and provide care to patients of all ages.

- Provide treatment of medical problems, including family planning services.
- Refer patients to physicians for consultation or specialized resources.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients’ clinical problems and healthcare needs.
- Prescribe medications, including verbal orders, as guided by supervising physician.
- Participate in quality improvement projects.
- Independent work with a Family Practice physician to provide care to underserved patient population.
- See and treat approximately 12-15 patients per day.
