  Providing companionship and conversation; assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence, and walking support.
• Household Support:
  Preparing meals, cleaning up, light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, linens), washing & ironing laundry.
• Health & Logistics:
  Medication and appointment reminders; running errands and accompanying clients to appointments.
• Specialized Care:
  Providing advanced Alzheimer’s/Dementia and hospice care.
• Reporting & Communication:
  Documenting daily activities; reporting significant changes; maintaining regular communication with supervisors.
