CNC MAZAK Lathe Operator

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shifts: 1st Shift [6:00am - 4:30pm EST] – Mon. to Thurs. (4 straight 10 hour shifts). 2nd Shift [4:00pm - 2:30am EST] + Shift Differential – Sun. to Wed. (4 straight 10 hour shifts).

Pay Range: $20.00–$24.00/hr (based on experience and CNC lathe expertise)

• Operate and maintain CNC MAZAK lathe machines to produce high-quality, precision components
• Train and mentor team members on proper CNC MAZAK machine operations
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance plant efficiency
• Read and interpret precision measurement tools and technical drawings
• Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure smooth production flow

• 2–4+ years of CNC lathe experience (MAZAK preferred)
• Strong communication and employee training skills
• Skilled in reading precision measurements and understanding technical documentation
• Problem-solving mindset with strong troubleshooting ability
