About the JobDomino’s is looking for a leader who can manage the store, set expectations, and inspire the team. You will be responsible for all tasks during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, exemplary customer service, and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Maintain customer relations and deliver an outstanding experience.
- Lead a team through staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.
- Ensure store cleanliness, marketing efforts, and profitability.
- Follow all Domino’s policies and procedures at 100% compliance.
- Deliver product to customers, including flyers, door hangers, and door‑to‑door service.
- Manage disbursement of orders, handle negative scenarios, and resolve escalations.
- Operate all store equipment and prepare products.
- Stock ingredients, manage the walk‑in cooler, and maintain inventory records.
- Take inventory, complete paperwork, and perform daily clean‑up.
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Frequent customer interaction, order entry, and accurate cash handling.
- Quick math skills, financial accuracy, and payment processing.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Physical stamina to perform standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lb), carrying, and pushing tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
- Strong navigational skills for reading maps and locating addresses.
- Numerical operations, change calculation, and monetary accuracy.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone transaction handling.
- Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements with speed.
- Touchscreen use and basic computer proficiency.
- Physical tasks: standing most of the shift, walking short distances, occasional climbing, lifting up to 50 lb, carrying up to 30 lb, pushing/pulling trays.
- Work environment: temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F+, exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, and sharp edges.
- Adverse weather exposure during deliveries.
