Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a full, valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration to transport clients.
• Must attend a paid, two‑week orientation (Mon‑Fri, 8 AM‑5 PM).

Job Details:

• Part‑time, up to 31 hrs per week.
• Work schedules based on client needs; includes nights, weekends, 12‑hr shifts (8 AM‑8 PM/8 PM‑8 AM) and 16‑hr shifts (4 PM‑8 AM).
• Transporting clients to appointments or outings.
• Provide personal hygiene support, meal prep, medication administration, housekeeping, and personal care.
• May provide total care including lifting, transferring, and using gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent if younger than 21.
• Preferred: 6 months experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
