• Lead the design and development of end-to-end technical solutions, including system architecture, integration patterns, data models, and infrastructure requirements
• Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and standards for system design and development
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using various technologies
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, front-end developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions

• University/College Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership role within a medium to large organization
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodology and software development life cycle

• Experience with cloud platform integration
• Familiarity with corporate strategic planning and IM/IT standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Highly developed organizational skills for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
