The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives, inventory counts, and cycle counts.
• Perform price changes, signage hanging, and merchandise/fixture assembly.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
  Greet, Understand needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Provide peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor work in moderate noise, with hard surfaces and adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise with equipment, lift overhead, and perform various physical activities including standing, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and provide excellent customer service.
