This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! While it takes some great people to serve our customers from the inside, our Driver jobs are for those who want to be outside serving our customers. • Deliver parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships with them.
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory.
• Consistently focus on safety while driving and delivering.
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by meeting customers during deliveries.
• Build long-term relationships with the customers you deliver to.
• Maintain store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).
• Other duties as needed.

• Love to work independently, enjoy driving (safely), and engage with customers face to face.
• Take pride in your work and focus on safety and reliability each day.

• Are a student or retired and want a flexible schedule.

• Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach higher shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder, stamina to stand and walk all shift, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and return parts appropriately.
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups.
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Able to be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.
