Member Service Representative (Part-Time)

Part‑time (25 hours per week) Member Service Representative available Monday through Saturday. Support members in meeting routine financial goals and exceeding their service expectations.

• Process member financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan and VISA payments, check cashing, wire transfers, coin machine transactions, cash advances, etc.).
• Cross‑sell a variety of deposit, loan, and convenience services appropriate to each member.
• Research and resolve member account questions and concerns using problem‑solving skills.
• Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly tasks such as cash drawer management, vault book balancing, and mail transaction processing.
• Follow credit union policies, procedures, and guidelines (security, BSA, identity theft, cash over/short, confidentiality, etc.).
• Assist with training, professional development, and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• One to three years of customer service, cash handling, sales, or banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with a computer and basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Must be a resident of Pennsylvania.

Work Environment
:
Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Must answer the phone within three rings.
