Role Overview: Performs clinical duties as a medical laboratory scientist in a high-complexity laboratory and educates students in medical laboratory science, aligning practice with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role involves balancing clinical and teaching responsibilities to enhance student and patient experiences.

• Execute all duties and competency expectations of a medical laboratory scientist.
• Develop and deliver educational content in collaboration with the MLS education team.
