QualificationsCertified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from recognized associations is required. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, with additional specialty training preferred.
Skills and attributesExcellent communication, attention to detail, ability to follow protocols, infection control practices, and teamwork. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality improvement, and supporting a positive patient experience.
