Certified Respiratory Therapist - Experienced and New Graduates

Role: Certified Respiratory Therapist responsible for assessing patient respiratory needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and performing therapeutic modalities such as aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and airway management. The role includes managing mechanical ventilators, assisting with procedures like bronchoscopy, and providing patient and family education on disease management.

Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, establish care plans, communicate with healthcare team, perform routine and advanced respiratory therapies, manage emergency airway situations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and assist with intra-hospital transport of patients.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Respiratory Therapy, with proficiency in ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, and emergency response. Strong communication skills, adherence to safety standards, and ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
