Job Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight, strategic planning, implementation, and coordination of a comprehensive donor engagement and stewardship program. This position will lead the Stewardship team in promoting interactions with philanthropic supporters, working closely with colleagues to gather, organize, and share programmatic information for donor reporting and to shape the stewardship program's vision. The role includes launching new initiatives, managing stewardship reporting materials, and developing broad-based donor communication strategies.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and direct the Stewardship and Donor Engagement program.
  • Develop new initiatives for stewardship based on input from staff and benchmarking with peer organizations.
  • Create guidelines to standardize practices.
  • Design and manage system-wide donor recognition programs to retain new donors.
  • Collaborate on planning and executing stewardship and recognition events.
  • Work with the annual giving and data teams to ensure efficient gift acknowledgment processes.
  • Publicize major gifts and donors both in print and online.
  • Contribute donor and gift information for the Annual Report and oversee its production.
  • Coordinate recognition entities across the organization.
  • Design and implement giving societies and stewardship strategies for various donor levels.
  • Assist gift officers with gift agreements and fund creation requests.
  • Oversee and update donor recognition inventory and signage.
  • Work is performed in an office environment, with responsibilities including policy compliance and typical job duties.

      Bachelor's Degree (Required)
    • Experience:

      Minimum of 5 years in managerial/supervisory roles and related work
